We are excited to announce that the 2021-2022 Promotion Party will be held on Friday, May 20th, from 7:00 - 9:30 pm. Many details will follow, but please continue to check this page for the most updated information on the Promotion Party!

The cost for this event is $40/student, so please support this celebration by donating this amount (or what you can) to cover the cost of the event. We couldn't put on this memorable event to celebrate our 8th graders without your generous donations, so thank you! Please note that your donation helps us cover the costs but is not mandatory. Your 8th grader is more than welcome at the event, as long as the two permission slips are submitted.

Thank you for helping to make our 8th Grade Promotion Party a success. There are several ways to help out:

1. Work a volunteer shift at the party. 

2. Lend an item. We are also looking to borrow several items that will be returned to you. 

3. Purchase an item. We're asking for a few cases of water to keep our kids hydrated all evening!

Required Permission slip & Pta Waiver

Don't forget - every student attending the 8th Grade Promotion Celebration must complete:

baby pictures & slideshow

We love the Baby Wall featuring our 8th graders! Please drop off a 4x6 photo- or a copy of a photo- of your 8th grader from their early years (baby or toddler) to the office by May 6. The photo can be color or black and white and should have your student's first and last name written on the back. These will not be returned so we encourage copies.


We are collecting baby photos and current photos for a slideshow presentation. Please email one of each of your students to Madelin Akins at, along with your student's name by May 6.
